Blazemaster® Fire Sprinkler Systems (CPVC)

Superior Performance, Durability and Safety

Developed for use in fire sprinkler systems, Blazemaster® pipe and fittings are made from post-chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and are fully approved for use in NFPA 13 Light Hazard applications in both new and retrofit construction such as high buildings, apartments, hotels, schools and single-family homes.

BlazeMaster® CPVC systems are backed by extensive in-field service, including project design and installation support, as well as guidance on national and regional building code compliance.

ASTM Standard and Code Compliant

Approved for more applications than any other non-metallic system, Blazemaster® CPVC systems exceed ASTM and other industry standards and meet all major building and mechanical codes requirements.

Blazemaster® pipe and fittings are ideal for wet automatic fire sprinkler systems and offer an outstanding combination of features including simple assembly, lightweight construction, lack of rusting, pitting or scaling, and low friction loss.

Rigorously Tested For Performance and Quality

With a high flash ignition temperature, low flame spread and smoke development ratings, and a fuel contribution of 0, Blazemaster® is an ideal choice for fire sprinkler applications.

Developed to meet the stringent requirements on use of combustible pipe in buildings, Blazemaster® pipe and fittings have been successfully tested to flame temperatures of as high as 1400°F. When subjected to pressure tests run at 400 psi (more than twice the rated pressure) for a period of more than one year, Blazemaster® systems failed to show signs of weakness or failure.
