Whether you’re a student, a recent graduate, interested in furthering your career in manufacturing operations, or wish to lead a team on the corporate side of the business, IPEX offers programs to help team members gain valuable experience and achieve their career goals.
New Graduate Development Program (NGDP)
The IPEX-NGDP is a two-year rotational program that allows recent engineering or business graduates to move through a series of placements across various departments within the company. Through the NGDP, new grads gain valuable on-the-job training through challenging and rewarding assignments, as well as the tools they need for a successful future career with IPEX.
Depending on your degree of study and areas of interest, graduates can choose from one of three NGDP development streams:
Operations Leadership Development Program
By taking part in IPEX’s Operations Leadership Development Program, team members in our manufacturing and distribution centres gain the skills and competencies they need to grow their careers. With mentorship, coaching and continuing education programs, employees will learn effective management skills to take on leadership roles in manufacturing operations, health, safety & environment (HSE), engineering or production planning.
Corporate Leadership Development Program
For employees with aspirations of leading a corporate team, the IPEX Corporate Leadership Development Program will provide the coaching, skills, knowledge and experience they need to take their career to the next level in marketing, technical sales, innovation, supply chain or human resources sectors.
